Exchange policy
La Fiza’s exchange policy gives you an option to exchange items purchased on La Fiza for any reason within the specified exchange period. The primary criterion for exchanging an item is that the tags on the product should be intact, the product should be unused, unwashed and preserved in its original state. You can cancel orders only till the “Cancel Now” option remains active. La Fiza does not accept order cancelations after shipping has been approved. For placing an exchange request you will be required to write an email to support@lafiza.in within 7 days of receiving the order. The contents of this email should include :
1) Your Contact Details.
2) In the subject of the email please mention exchange for order and your order ID. Kindly ensure that your email also states the size that you want in exchange in the email in the format below :
1)Size Received – < Enter the size received >
2)Exchange Size Required – < Insert the exchange size required > If you have multiple products in your order, please specify the product that you want the size exchanged for. Please note that the customer is required to exchange the product through our Pickup Service. You will find a pickup option once you place an exchange request. Our delivery partner will collect the exchangeable product from your mentioned location. La Fiza will accept the size exchange of an item only if the following conditions are met:
1) Size Exchange should be initiated within 7 days of delivery of the original order.
2) After accepting your exchange request, our delivery agent will pick up the product from your address within 2-3 business days. Make sure to collect the pickup slip from the courier personnel and retain it as a document that proves that the product has been handed over to us.
3) Size exchanges can be approved for order only once.
4) The usual time of dispatch of your size exchange order is 3-4 Business Days after we receive your product at our warehouse (subject to size availability)
5) You will receive an email with a tracking link once your exchange order has been dispatched from our warehouse. We provide reverse pickups.
Please note: La Fiza reserves the right to reject any exchange request if any of the above conditions are not met.
