All items purchased during the clearance sale are non returnable and non refundable.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, as these products are offered at special prices with very limited stock and for a limited time only.

Exchange Only in Case of Manufacturing Defect

We offer exchange only in the rare case of a genuine manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for an exchange
The product must have a clear manufacturing defect
An unboxing video from package opening to product inspection is mandatory
The video must be continuous and unedited
Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted

Important Exchange Conditions

Exchange is strictly subject to stock availability
If the same product or size is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of equal value
No monetary refund or store credit will be provided
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

Damage due to wear and tear
Size or fit related issues
Color variation due to lighting or screen differences
Minor variations in embroidery or finishing, as these are handcrafted products
