Eligibility for Return
You can return any product within 7 days from the date of delivery, for any reason including:
- Size issues
- Product defects or damage
- If you did not like the product after receiving it
How to Request a Return
You can initiate your return request by either:
- Emailing us at info@lafiza.in with the subject line “Return Request – Order ID” and mentioning your contact details and reason for return.
- OR, you can also WhatsApp us at +91 8078621830, mentioning your Order ID, contact details, and reason for return.
Conditions for Return
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Our courier partner will collect the product from your provided address within 2-3 business days after return approval.
- Customers are required to collect the pickup slip from the courier personnel and retain it for reference.
Refund Process
- After the product reaches our warehouse and passes the inspection, the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days directly to your bank account.
- In case your purchase included a free gift or promotional item, the free item must also be returned along with the product.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled, and the return process must be followed.
