Conditions for Return

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Our courier partner will collect the product from your provided address within 2-3 business days after return approval.
Customers are required to collect the pickup slip from the courier personnel and retain it for reference.

Refund Process

After the product reaches our warehouse and passes the inspection, the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days directly to your bank account.
In case your purchase included a free gift or promotional item, the free item must also be returned along with the product.
